I am Phuwit Sangudomlert, and I am a musician and composer from Bangkok, Thailand. My interest in music began when I joined a concert and marching band in school. Since then, I have developed a taste in music of Western tradition and various kinds of music arranged for concert band, and along that musical journey, I discovered the possibility of music composition as a mean of its own and an expressive vehicle for mediums such as film and video game, which were the art forms my generation was exposed to the most.
I then began my private study in composition in my last two years in school, and later I decided to continue my path at Berklee College of Music in scoring for film and video game to develop myself as a composer and a musician. With my strong interest in music from the classical tradition and orchestral film scores, my writing focuses on the use of orchestral and acoustic instruments as the palettes for my composition. My goal is to create my own voice from the music and arts which inspire me while serving the medium which I work on as a synthesis of pictures and music.
